JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want to contribute your skills and commitment to a positive and cohesive team? We are now looking for a school administrator to our wonderful administration group!

As a school administrator, you are a key person in the school's daily operations. You will work largely in our office, strategically located at the main entrance, a place where you become a welcoming face for students, staff, and visitors. The role involves many varied and stimulating tasks, and the content of the position may be adapted based on your skills and experience.

During a workday, you will handle bus cards, keys, ID cards, and access systems, as well as be responsible for substitute administration, which means you need to be on site by 07:30 at the latest. You will also manage incoming emails, mail, and phone calls, as well as provide service to both students and staff.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is passionate about service and has a post-secondary education in economics/administration or education/experience that we consider equivalent. You have good IT skills and quickly adapt to new systems and digital tools. As a person, you are meticulous, structured, and solution-oriented with a well-developed administrative ability.

In the role of school administrator, a professional demeanor and high level of service are crucial, as you will have daily contact with students and colleagues at the school, as well as with guardians, staff from other municipal operations, and the public. Therefore, it is important that you thrive in a role where you can support others and that you have a natural talent for building good relationships.

You see the value in collaboration and find it easy to cooperate with different professional groups to contribute to a well-functioning operation. Since the work can be intense at times, you need to be able to remain calm even when the pace is high and quickly prioritize and switch between different tasks.

You have a very good ability to express yourself well in both speech and writing.
